Mr. Vidyadhar Sarfare, a first-generation entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in IT, hospitality, and infrastructure, is the founder of the ACCORD group. He launched India’s first e-market, indiaengineering.com, under Accord Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which was later renamed Synise Technologies Ltd. after a partial divestment to the Kalyani Group. This transition enabled him to focus on healthcare and build a regional network of tertiary care multi-specialty hospitals, with Pune as the central hub. His vision is to transform Pune into a global healthcare city, supported by its proximity to two international airports. Accord Hospitals, backed by 2,000+ doctors and 100 healthcare professionals, is steadily turning this vision into reality. With an MBA in Finance and three decades of business leadership, Mr. Sarfare is driving ACCORD towards global medical tourism and accessible high-quality care. His strategic foresight and commitment continue to shape the future of healthcare in the region.

Is an IVF specialist with over 18 years of clinical and hospital leadership experience. She was instrumental in delivering Buldhana’s first test tube baby and holds fellowships from the Asia Pacific Institute of Embryology (Singapore) and RCO (London). Her expertise includes reproductive endocrinology, ovarian biology, immunology, and fertility genetics, supported by a proprietary Dynamic Calibration System that enhances conception success. Coming from a family of doctors, she co-founded Accord Mediplus Pvt Ltd, building a 1500-bed hospital network across Maharashtra under the Accord Hospitals brand. As Managing Director, she leads operations and strategic growth. Under her leadership, Accord was named Best Multispecialty Hospital in PCMC (2018), and she was awarded Savvy Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 for excellence in healthcare. Her mission is to make advanced, affordable, tech-driven fertility care globally accessible.
